At ARTEMER, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your item isn't the perfect fit, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange, provided it remains in its original, unworn condition.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Securely pack your items in their original ARTEMER packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the return form is included inside.

  Ship Your Items

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects and approves the return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
